Faulty Items & Repairs

In the unlikely event that your piece has a manufacturing fault, EB Studio will repair the item at no charge within 24 months of the purchase date.

Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear or accidental damage after purchase, including (but not limited to) impacts, dropped pieces, or damage to gemstones, pearls, or chains.

Repairs resulting from wear and tear or accidental damage are available for a fee and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Beyond this, EB Studio offers lifetime care and repair support for your piece, so it can be maintained and worn for years to come.
