Shipping Information & Timeframes

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your piece to be made, shipped, and delivered, as all EB Studio items are handmade to order.

All orders are sent via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or that it can be safely collected from your local post office if a collection card is left.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be required to cover the cost of re-shipping before the item is sent again.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, EB Studio will work with Australia Post to investigate and locate the item. If the parcel cannot be recovered, you will be offered the option of a replacement or a refund. Please note that in these circumstances, delivery timeframes may be extended.

All delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Australia
Standard: 2–4 business days (NT & WA: 4–8 business days)
Express: 1–2 business days (NT & WA: 1–4 business days)

International
Standard: 10–25 business days
Express: 8–18 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
