Finding Your Ring Size

If you are unsure of your ring size, you can purchase a ring sizer belt here.

When selecting your size, please take your knuckle into account, as it is often wider than the base of the finger. In these cases, we recommend choosing a size that comfortably passes over the knuckle while still sitting securely at the base of the finger.

For wider band designs, we recommend sizing up by half a size for a more comfortable fit.

Resizing

Select EB Studio designs can be resized, depending on their handmade construction. However, not all pieces are able to be altered, particularly custom or bespoke designs where the structure and integrity of the piece must be preserved.

Where resizing is possible, it is offered at an additional cost and assessed individually to ensure the piece is supported correctly. Please note that resizing is not always possible due to the design of the ring.

Resizing Process

If resizing is required, the fee will depend on the complexity of the work and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for securely returning the piece via Australia Post using Express Post with signature on delivery. Return postage costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
