Refunds

EB Studio does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or custom/bespoke commissions. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For faulty items, EB Studio will always meet its obligations under Australian Consumer Law and will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

EB Studio offers exchanges within 30 business days of receiving your order for pieces of equal or higher value. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.

Due to the handmade nature of EB Studio pieces, custom and bespoke commissions are not eligible for exchange.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
